From thousand years now that every type of diseases and its symptoms are treated successfully by the Chinese herbal cures. Even today, China and Asia are using these Chinese herbal cures to cure diseases. Chinese herbal cures or remedies are just a part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The system of healing called TCM has many complex principles. These are complex principles because of their minuteness of working.

It actually takes many years of detailed study of the herbs and to unveil their interactions in healing for a TCM practitioner. Some of the principles of the Chinese herbal cures which are used as treatment can be briefly introduced here.

The Chinese herbal cures are basically divided into 5 seasons like the fall, the winter, the spring, the summer and the late summer. As these principles, the universal energy is at its peak in the summer and the herbs are plentiful in late summer. Every food is viewed in the point of view of energy. Obviously, food gives us the nutrition along with the calories and vitamins, but all this is studied as ‘energy’.

They say that, each food has its own energy vibrations which correspond to a particular organ. These energies know how to flourish in which season corresponding to that particular organ. It means, some foods are used as herbal cures to regulate the vital energy of the person. To give some examples, sunflower is used to increase the energy; on the contrary, a plant root is used to decrease the energy.

It is not the case that TCM only uses food to regulate the energy, but it also believes in the fact that the food is having healing energy. They are herbs, which show the dramatic increase in the energy given by these foods. Often, many foods and herbs are mixed together and hours of cooking results in the loss of the nutritional value in the food and the herbs because they give it to the resultant liquid. This liquid is then used to cure many of the physiological conditions.

The philosophy behind these Chinese herbal cures believes that, a very powerful natural way is provided to us just to maintain our good health by the universe. Different factors causing our body to move out of the harmony are studied in the TCM, just to conclude a permanent good health for everybody. Obviously this is far better than just to treat a disease or its symptoms.

In the extract, the Chinese herbal cures not only can treat you for your disease or its symptoms but can also help you prevent the disease. It is just a step ahead to consult a qualified practitioner to get the benefit of the Chinese herbal cures.
